as invited in the 'Event' over at Facebook
we planned to do some shopping in town

4 of us are able to make it that is
Yussof, Sakinah, Shah & Me
meet up in the noon in the train
and headed over to Somerset

Caught Fame at Cineleisure
it's a nice movie
the singing was great...it wasnt too much nor too little...
just the right amount
before we caught the movie
we went for some window-shopping
that's the motive of the whole meeting right
I was interested at the Jacket this particular shop was selling...
it was $129 but there's some discount to it

after the movie... went for our lunch
couldn't eat much due to the shopping mode being switched 'ON'
so I had around 3 chips not eaten...lol

afterwards we walked all the way to ION Orchard
I thought we're going to Bugis or some other place to shop
it's my first time browsing around ION...at most I walked through to get to take the MRT
it's big and deep

went to Topshop and Topman...
not alot of things appeal to me though
so continued looking around
to cut short this post
I shall skip other shops which we went in

we're about to make our way to ZARA
until I stumbled upon a Men's section in Bershka which Sakinah said it doesn't haveone ...LOL
so went in there...
the Jackets there is awesome
they're unique
I liked the one which has 2 layers in it
so I got that after trying it...took me a very long time to decide if I deserve that piece
lol...kept the others waiting
Yussof got a hot one too...
2 sided :)

then went around to browse for tees
kinda hard..because I'm not looking for normal tees....they just don'f fit me
I'm seeking for slim fit ones
and so we shopped at FOX

and I need a new pairs of shoes...coz my previous one was like crappy and I kept using my leather loafers
so went to River Island to get it
I spent like double the amount I planned to spend

Caught Final Destination in 3-D at The Lido!!!

On Friday dated 4th September 2009, some W54J BITCHES
met up for dinner and movie at The Lido
it was great, took lots of pictures and I brought along my PSP to snap beautiful moments

we break our fast before the movie
had long john silver :)

it was my second time viewing something in 3 dimension
first time was at Singapore Discovery Center or Science Center...I can't remember where exactly
Final Destination in 3-D looks gory to me, what more the meat flying here and there and coming to U!
looks so real

hahaha...disgusted also

my favourite gory part I have to say would be the part where the Mechanic guy is being squashed against the fence and the meat just came out like when you're moulding dough

Saturday dated 5 September 2009
in the morning, I was suppose to prepare for delivery but I slept at 7am
and was too tired to even wake up
so my mum had to receive the delivery

and finally, we got the sofa we've ordered 2 months back for this Hari Raya :)
very comfy comfy, loves it and it's white

since we're not cooking today
my sis and I rode all the way to the Yishun Camp to buy back food
we bought the usual dishes
yummy ^^
I'm still not used to riding bike
kinda tiring coz there's no box behind me to lean either
so I had to place my hand behind the handle to support me or else I'll fall when the bike starts gaining speed
but I'm ok if we ride a short distance, expressway I don't think I can endure...hehe
but if my dad brings me, I think should be fine since I rode with him when I was young

during break fast, the whole family was there
and followed by that, we planned to go Mustafa Center
went there bought some stuff there, window-shopping
the place still the same as ever :)

then went to for supper(it was meant to replace our pre-dawn meal)
afterwards went to Geylang to send our old goods to this collector
and to my Aunt's place to send our lights

blah blah blah
got back home at around 2.30am+

shall be staying at home today (Sunday)

If Hilton Can Cook, So Can You!!!

Today, helped out in the cooking
We prepared Fish Ball soup with Broccoli in it
Instead of cooking plain rice, we made chicken rice using the stock, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and some butter/margarine - add water and cook like normal rice

As for the chicken, we just fry those chicken we bought in packet at the supermarket
So eat it together with the Chicken rice

Besides that, we boiled, Glutinous Rice Ball with Red beans/Peanuts filling
Yummy

ok that's for dinner

Tmr, I shall be having Acapella practice from 1pm to 4pm
hope that there will be a higher attendance as compared to last week and things would go well :)

On Friday, if things turn out well, I'll be meeting my class, W54J BITCHES for Final Destination
would love to catch it in 3-D

What's The Matter With Blogger These Days???

Being a blogger here using Blogger, I'm very concerned about reaching out my thoughts and opinions to my readers
and at this point of time, I couldn't upload pictures nor change my fonts and colours
and this sometimes this resulted in me not having the mood to blog

Right now, while waiting for the time to pass by before breaking fast
here I am blogging :)
did nothing much today
woke up late coz I stayed up till almost my pre-dawn meal(4.50am) at around 4am

in the afternoon did my usual stuff
went online check mails...slack here and there
then went down to receive some cooking from my aunt ^^

after that, I guess I felt that my hair is a bit too long
I shorten it myself... no comments on how it looked like

then I helped Mommy out with the cooking :)
cooked Prawn in cooked in red sauce

I also requested for allowance just like what I received for school while I'm at home... hehe
and it's APPROVED immediately

Blogging Before Breaking Fast!!!

ok well, here I am Blogging before I break my Fast
everything's fine so far
I cooked up Pancake yesterday for dinner and today too
it was Yum Yum... what more with the compliments of Gula Melaka and Butter
oh la la~~~

this morning for my pre-dawn meal, I had Cheesy Pasta which I prepared while the rest was eating rice
it was damn cheesy and there were still left-overs
going to heat it up and eat them later

so yeah, I got a job - Tutoring
I was called to do it again since the child showed improvements during my presence and declination of results during my absence
going to do it for a about a period of 2 months I think before her End-Of-Year Examinations
hope things will turn out well :)

This Friday, my class is going to watch Final Destination in 3-D I guess
would love to join them but have to see my schedule since I'm having Acapella practice on that very same day too
so people, I can't confirm my presence yeah
like I told you, I would love to join~~~

Fast...Faster...Fasting :)

been a week since I last update...
I guess since I have much more time...I'll try my best to update here

the week was great
had Acapella practice on Friday
met up with Elva my New BFFTE before practice
not a huge crowd that day
luckily the atmosphere was fun eventhough I heard like 10 people wasn't there
did Moon River, Rock Around The Clock & Fever
at first when I was introduced to Moon River, the song was like so boring to me...
but now I'm loving it after I get to hear the hot harmonies
I'm like going guga Gaga after hearing it during the practice ^^
practice ended 4+
went off with Afiqah & Elva...singing our way to Causeway Point
even in the bus we're singing...but at least got harmonies ok
and the thing which made us laugh was the auntie beside us who noticed our singing...
hhahaha....Pardigal...
ok that's random :)

Saturday / 29 August 2009:
my aunt invited our family over for some pot-luck
before we made our way to the carpark
we came across this small tree in front of our block...
it's been bearing fruit....and there's a lot of it
I love the fruit the fact that it's very sour
it's shape is like a brinjal only smaller..the size of 2 phalanges and green in colour :)
so we picked it and made our way to the carpark and off to Grandma's place ^^
that's the small tree I'm referring to
the picture is shaky because I'm rushing to catch up with my parents and sister

over at Grandma's place... we're the first family to arrive (hehe...sounds like Amazing Race)
I didn't help out much with the food....so boring...my cousin living at that house is now in Australia for his studies...if not, at least I have company... and my other cousin somewhere...left me the only teenager...the rest was adults and children...
so I was reserved the whole time

then it was time to break fast...
our family brought Cereal Prawns which my elder sister cooked
it was nice I think...I can't rmb well coz I ate with Nasi Briyani...so can't really tell much
so there was Pizza, Satay, Lamb, Cereal Prawns, Nasi Briyani, Polar Puff cakes, Mee Goreng and other hot stuff
but of course I didn't eat all...I just can't be bothered with food...

let me share about my eating habit...perhaps it might help you if you're thinking of being slim
I only eat when I'm feeling hungry...means that if I don't feel hungry I won't eat..mainly because of lazy
and if I eat, I eat until the minimum level when I get full or should I say before getting full
according to what is said by my Prophet...don't eat till u get full

so once we're done eating, we prayed together for Maghrib and Isyak
and then we chat a little and went to do our grocery shopping at Sheng Shiong
been quite a while since we last shopped there..usually we do our shopping at Malaysia
so got some stuff...yeay and got cheese powders which is my favourite topping for Spaghetti, Pizzas...those who actually went out with me to Pizza Hut, Delifrance or Pastamania would know that I actually finished up the whole bottle of Cheese powder or perhaps I'll leave some....hehe

then went back home :)
I had a great day and I hope my day tmr would be even better

I wana hit town soon...perhaps next week, I need to get some belts....preferably Black, Brown & White
feel like hitting the Cinemas too....G.I Joe again?

life is hectic..with UTs coming

recently blogger is having problem...I don't think I can't update in a condition whereby there's no colours and pictures to be added...so all in all...no mood to blog

so to start off...
HILTONZ celebrated my 19th Birthday on Last Wed dated 12th Aug due to busy and stuff
it was a mini-gathering...I did have fun...catching up and stuff...miss them ...Year 1 Sem 1 mates in Poly

Zhenni brought Nasi Lemak from her area
it was nice
I came late...so I was the only one eating the nasi Lemak and the rest watching me
then after that, it was cupcake time
we also celebrated Fatin's Birthday
Thanks for the cupcakes guys :)
and I received a Headphone, you guys shouldn't have done it...it's costly

Daddy offered to send me to school

I'm so elated because as u know me...I like car rides :P

when I was about to enter W1 from the back door I was like wondering how come I came out from the Student Service Centre...like lols
so went class for Chemistry UT
after UT I was surprised by my Acapella mates as they came in my class with a cake lighted with candles
I was touched...if can cry I would cry...but so not the moment
so cut the cake and stuff
chit chat here and there
and thank them :)

afterwards I went off with Ricca they all to Causeway Point... slacking while waiting for my parents to pick me up
since we finished UT like 9.30am
we're super duper free
went to Banquet since some of them are hungry... I felt happy until can't eat le
then played games while waiting for the other classmates to come...

I didn't know they wana do something for Vincent, Ricca and I since our birthday are all near
so they got us Donuts
so nice of them and got gifts from them
but it's the thoughts that counts too
My Sem 2 is fruitful afterall with them around :)

then after that slacked outside Causeway point while waiting for my parents to come and fetch me
it was coincidentally that my phone cant get calls and sms at that point of time which resulted me being left
hahahahah
then I called my mum....
and by the time, they're already at Upper Thomson and they actually came back to Causeway Point...they've been waiting for me for quite a while but they cant get thru me...

so yeah, I heard the plans was to go Robinsons and then Geylang
so we did went to Robinsons (Orchard), look around
offers not bad
I didn't crave for anything
but then I thought of getting a bag
so looked around there, the designs are kinda executive to me and I want a sidebag
walked around, in the end not much varieties so planned to go other places but no avail, not much varieties
went to Raffles City Robinsons, there's some good deals going on there...Paris Hilton's wallet are going cheap.. around $50
so yeah for a birthday gift from parents, I got an Elle bag
love the design...looks small here but i like it the fact that it can contain many stuff
it's very versatile...can be sling too :)
the design is lines (horizontal and vertical)
I got this bag because I scared my current bag can't last
and this bag can use for traveling too, received a 3 year warranty too
I didn't know Elle got this kind of designs
and after that dinner

last week I was down with fever
skipped school for 3 days since Monday
If not mistaken, I almost fainted in my bathroom toilet on Tuesday
it was my first time experiencing that.

It was in the morning, I had to wake up and flush the water out of my body before temperature-taking
so I guess the mistake here was, I woke up immediately and go straight into the toilet
my blood flow wasn't normal I suppose since I just woke up
and that's when I couldn't control myself, my vision suddenly blurred and I couldn't balance myself
I tried to grab on things so I won't fall and finally I manage to grab the edge of my bathtub and sat on it
calm myself down
Pheww... it was so scary
Imagine if I couldn't find things to hold on to, guess I'll be sleeping in the toilet

UT3 is coming
I wana have an early night :)

so yeah... get to meet them for practice
did Fever, Moon River, All Around The Clock(not sure if that's the right title)
had dinner at Mac with Bev
then parents picked me up at Causeway
and did the usual school stuff

24th July 2009 / Friday:
Today was the most important date in my life
it was Lab Management
and yeah...I was eventually late in the morning and then I partial-ed
and it's the FIRST TIME THAT I EVER PARTIA-ED in my RP life
ok u might be laughing about it coz u guys lose it enough than me
HAHAHA

so my second breakout was like 4 hours
had lunch at TRCC
I was so hungry, didn't eat during first breakout like what I usually did

it was a buff stand in faci
the girls like him...

I was glad that I came out of home early and took the bus to school instead of cab
Before boarding the bus at Admiratly Station, I bought Mac for Breakfast
and then took the bus
dropped off before Woodlands Interchange and started walking to school
on the way to school there was a car accident
it was bad...
Toyota corrola and Mazda
I came in class somehow like on time...
and when I came in,
the faci said 'Hey, the yellow-haired guy blah blah blah'
it's not yellow, it's blonde...just kidding (somehow it's close)
haha yeah...so as usual, he compared my school pic with the current me
haha....a lot of changes I agree

he was very outgoing and friendly, if only other science faci can be like that
second meeting, the faci said he was curious how I changed a lot
and blah blah blah...discuss about the problem
the problem was alrighty for that day
no worksheet, so just plainly research
lucky I found some good yet hot resources
somehow the problem is on Intellectual Property
it was Claire's forte (culture faci for Year 2008 / Sem 1)

after we ended class, it was time for Biochem UT
i guess everyone is scared about it
because Biochem is not that easy

after I had done the test, I think the question was so much better than the previous UT
afterwards HSH
and I forgot what I did at home

Saturday:
helped to paint the home
fresh coat of pain

Hari Raya coming soon so I guess we paint it first because no one would wana paint the house when it's the fasting period
it was tiring yes

woke up late

next Saturday, got wedding at Kluang

Week 11 Already

well, I have to say that time passes by so fast
usually people will say, 'Time flies when you're having fun'
I guess this not really true because time does flies fast even when you're not having fun these days

now's already week 11 in RP
5 more weeks and then it will be the holidays

very short indeed

this morning went to school by cab again together with Sue and Naf, picked them up along the way
it was drizzling in the morning and cool
my hair got abit curly due to the rain drops
and as usual faci came on the dot I guess
Wednesdays will just be Wednesdays
that's when I hear 'Hilton, Laptop Down', 'Hilton, eat your fishball later', 'Hilton this, Hilton that'
haha....it's funny though I try not to take it to the heart because it'll be a waste of time to heal and stuff

break time I had Noodles with Tom Yam Soup
my choice of food is very limited
it's either Nasi Lemak(the hot $2 @ W4) or the Yong Tau Foo stall
and yeah...people been saying that I eat Nasi Lemak like daily

but it's yummy yet cheap

went to school in the morning
wasn't late..but I have to wake up early
must be more disciplined
had Microbiology as of today - touched on Fungi
not that problematic luckily...so far haven't skip any lessons yet
I'll save my off days when I need some rest...
perhaps like Friday and Monday? lol
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 4 hot days straight

and yeah..my luck changed after my hardwork was seen resulting to better grades...just gotta push myself harder

Last Week Outdated Stuff

29 June - 3 July:
argh...I'm not updating my blog last weekend
that week, I attended all classes
all punctual
but I don't really like the grades though...gotta work hard for it
so far the only thing I can remember about last week was on Lab Management (Friday)

problem wasn't that too difficult...kinda slack
we got the problem statement
then second meeting, went down to the laboratory to take pictures and did auditing
obviously can't meet BSL-3 (Biosafety Level 3) - for SARS containment and stuff
haha...but for students in RP, I don't really think there is a need to be of that level since we're not dealing with those kind of stuff :)
we deal with Escherichia Coli... not really dangerous

for break out went out of school with Ricca and friends
slacked
then back to class to prepare ppt
nothing much
then after school
went to eat with them at Woodlands Checkpoint
been so long since I last dropped by there to eat or what
food there is nice :)
then after that went to the Woodlands Barrage and sing sing there
Ain brought her guitar along...
so it was awesome...

Night Cycling with Rhapsody!!!

before I go on with my night cycling event, I would be doing my re-cap on the things I've done for my weekdays

24th June / Wednesday:
it was Chemistry module and it was the first time that I was the scribe in that group
so did the protocol and stuff since we are having labwork
still confused with those calculations and stuff
and we did Titration
it was great...something which I've done in secondary school

25th June / Thursday:
it was Biochemistry module with Buttercup and we're having labwork
it was about the comparison of the rate of enzymes between Human Enzymes and Commercial Enzymes
so of course we have to get Human samples to do the experiment and I'm the victim
I had to get my enzymes sample... I felt like puking when I spit it inside the tube
blah blah blah.....we carried on with the labwork
and then back to class for presentation :)

there wasn't any A Capella practice due to H1N1
haiz...sian
i can't sing with them lor
went home with fatinS...we ate at LJS at Causeway Point
then went to the Cold Storage fair at the Atrium
i bought the chocolate sticks..been so long since I last ate one

26th June / Friday:
for the first time ever in this year, I was late for my Laboratory Management module
class started at 9.45
and I came around 9.50+
argh...sian
I came late because I got out of home late
on the way to school, I was asking myself whether I should get a cab to school and so I just decided to rush by taking the public transport
hmm and even if I want to get a cab, they might not allow me to get in since I'm going to Republic Poly
hahahaha

today's problem was alrighty
we had to do a video in addition to our presentation slides

then we met Freda with her own bike

it's hard to reach 300 posts because I rarely had enough time to blog like daily
with the workload and preparation needed for UTs


15th June 2009 / Monday:
it was Microbiology that morning and had to attend lab session in the morning :)
I like lab session
Before the 2 weeks break, we've already sent out our Petri dishes for autoclaving
and today we'll be able to see get it back to continue with our experiments
we actually had done a big mistakes on our experiment for the pour plate
we poured our water sample together with the agar but did not mix it, instead just leave it as it is
haha
and when we get back our results we were lucky that our water samples were not contaminated with E.Coli
and so for the presentation my team had to quiz
since usually those people who have to do quiz they would be the last team to present
but unfortunately, there weren't much time to present our presentation slides because of Understanding Test, so the faci told us to indicate our names on the slides that we've done
I was very happy with the grades that I received and I want to maintain the same spirit for that particular module

after class, it was Microbiology UT
if I'm not wrong, me, Raymond, Eileen, Vanessa and Germain went to TRCC
we sang some songs and also tested on the Pop Filter I made last night
then Steve joined us and then at 8.30 I went home with them

moving on to 16th June 2009 / Tuesday:
it was Anatomy & Physiology
the problem that day was very problematic and I can't understand the facts
there wasn't any UT on that day
and after school stayed back with the 2 Fatin's and then joined Eileen, Afiqah & Raymond at TRCC
and then brought them to W1 to do a recording
Eileen & Afiqah did a Korean song
and afterwards me, Eileen & Afiqah did a recording of Nobody by Wonder Girl in Korean
we did the Rainstone Remix
and then me & Afiqah did a recording of Replay by SHINee

17th June 2009 / Wednesday:
we had Chemistry on that day
first start of the lesson already the faci did have some errors as usual like expected
1+2+3 = 5
but other than that should be fine I guess
after class it was Lab Management UT which was eventually postponed before the holidays due to the problem with the UT client in the school

after school went home straight and I think that was like my first time in Year 2 to be going home with the massive crowd made by RP students
did revision for Anatomy & Physiology
as usual slept late

18th June 2009 / Thursday:
had Biochemistry that day
it was related to last week's problem
me and Vanessa was Chem-whoring the whole time

dad came home today with Mixed Berries Yoghurts
counted and it turned out to be 180 of them


I soo want a new handphone, my dad has been asking me whether my handphone is in good working conditions so that he can use mine and I can get something hot and new. Was thinking of Omnia or Pixon. They look hot, big and it's finger-friendly. Touch-screen.

My First Ever Acapella Performance In My Entire Life!!!

Saturday, 6th June 2009:

It was a blast. It was my first ever A Capella performance in my entire life. I was thankful that I was given the chance to sing the lead for the song Truly, Madly, Deeply by Savage Garden. Tamade, that's what they call it.

But before the pictures for that performance comes in, I have to credit the people who took those hot pics. Some of it are found in Facebook and so I grabbed them.

Had to wake up in the morning to allow the MIO box and Wireless Internet connection to be installed. We replaced the 8Mbps to 10Mbps and since the 10Mbps comes with a cheaper package with the MIO box. Theres many movies that can be watched.

In the afternoon I went out of home and my parents offered if they want them to send me to Woodlands Inter. So since I was almost late, I accepted the offer. Upon reaching my parents told me to call my friends in for a hot ride to RP.

Once headed RP, we run through the songs. As usual, I was feeling nervous of th high notes and also if I mess up my lyrics. During the prac, I kinda strain my voice coz I kept getting higher. Muahahaa

Then we bus-ed to Tampines. We shared the bus with the Social Dancers. As what a group of singers usually do is to sing and harmonise all the way in the bus to our destination. What a hot and happy bunch.

Some of our members have arrived. We then placed our belongings in the RC and then had a warm-up session and also a sound check on the stage. There were also other A Capella groups present for the Eco-Fiesta. We enjoyed the hot performance by the A Capella group which sang one of DBSK's song. Soon I'm going to start our own private practice on the song Hug by DBSK.

Our performance is scheduled at 8.50pm and we had a lot of time to ourselves. So we sang 'Fever' and other songs that we know of. I saranghae hamonising. I did not eat a proper meal before the performance. Only had bread. We were reimbursed some money for dinner.

Then came our performance. I was glad that I know my mistakes and maintained my pitch throughout the whole song and there was energy in our singing. After the performance some bus-ed to campus and then we sang all the way to CWP like Mad. We had Macdonalds for supper and it was paid for. HSH afterwards.

Sunday, 7th June 2009:

Went out with my family and headed out to Civics Centre to return some books and to Tom & Stephanie to change a clothe and shop.

On the way to Civics Centre, there were many broken branches lying on the floor while some tentages were flipped over or ripped off due to the storm ealier that afternoon. The rain that afternoon was very cooling.

Went to IMM to get a bottle of solution for the waterbed. It's been super long since I last went there. Went shopping. Got my black sunglasses and bedroom slippers. Got a new sofa with a flexible head rest for hari raya.

Didn't really walk around much since my small sister wanted to go for a swim.

Went swimming at jurong east instead of the west since the lazy pool and wave pool was closed.

After swimming, went over to my cousin's house to pass some things and off. HSH

So, that's the account for my weekend :)

Republic Rhapsody Continued!!!

ok...let's chat about the A Capella camp I attended in school
in the morning, met up with Afiqah before we went to school
when we arrived, we were kinda lost because we don't know where to meet the rest
so we called the seniors and the meeting place was at E3 Level 3
upon reaching there, there wasn't much people who has arrived
didn't really know their names that well but we were already talking like mad about K-Pop stuff
at least there's some people who has the same interest in Korean music
hehehe

after most of the people has arrived, we went to South Agora where there are some seniors there who has already prepared the Ice Breaker games
we were then briefed about the camp
and then comes in the fun :)
as usual split up into groups
there were just like 3 small groups
each group consists of 4 people
small doesn't mean Boring ok

the first game was interesting
we have to blow balloons and then with the use of only one hand and the hand of the other person, we have to tie the person then pass it to person at the back
and stick it on the person's body
my group got the smallest amount of balloon the body
the next challenge was to pop the balloon within a time frame
we didn't manage to do it because we have a balloon which was very small and it's hard to pop it

afterwards was lunch or something
then we had our A Capella practice
we practiced, Truely Madly Deeply and also That Thing You Do
I saranghae Harmonizing :)
most of the time, we were like singing Nobody by The Wonder Girls
how hot

it was wet games after our practice ended
we played with water bombs after that :)
it's been so long since I last play that
it was super funny because one of my team member got wet at the top part and it's painful

then we changed clothes
I'm not overnighting there
later that night we had our dinner
and mind you that the activities there are very flexible
more like you-can-do-your-own-activities
and it's great that most people adhere by the rules and there wasn't any disciplinary problems ^^

on Tuesday, met up with Beverly and Afiqah at Woodlands Bus Interchange before going to school
Beverly is such an awesome alumni with her signature Booty shake
when we arrived there, they were having breakfast
I had prata at Koufu (W6)
the year 1s was saying that they wished I was around to sleep in school with them
I told them that if I was there, I don't think they'll be able to sleep
hahahaha

after breakfast we had Amazing Race
it was hot....
we kept running to and fro from TRCC to the school
the challenges was to find certain areas of the school
then we had a challenge where we had to sing some songs which has the word 'Rewind' & 'I-forgot-what-is-it' in A Capella
then we had to sing for some random people a song that we knew
blah blah blah we were the first team to finish the race

then it was practice time
the seniors told us that we had a preview at 3 for one of the Create IG person and Kelly because there was a performance on Sat
it was so surprising for me because I sang as a lead for the song Truly Madly Deeply
I didn't really memorize the lyrics and so I had my handphone infront of me the whole time
and then it was That Thing You Do
I like!!!

then we received comments from them
had to take it for improvements ^^

then afterwards the Juniors (inclusive of me) were told that we're going to have an A Capella performance that night for our own IG.
we Juniors formed our own group
and thought of the song to sing
we did a medley of Fire by 2NE1, Nobody by Wonder Girls, Can't Take My Eyes Off You (Carlsberg Ad) and Sorry Sorry by Super Junior
you can see that songs are mostly in Korean since the four of us (Eileen, Germain, Afiqah & Me) are K-pop fanatic
and the funny thing is that, I did the Rap for Nobody... LOL
they said that I really pronounced the word which is like not necessary...lol

when it came to performance time, the other group did Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girl
their harmony was great
until came to our group, during the performance my group was like laughing the whole time
and then we can even pause during the performance
it was hotly funny

then the seniors performed Emotions... I would like to do Emotions one day
and they did an Original song within 1.5 hours
their harmonizing was nice also

later that night, Beverly felt like staying and they were asking me to stay
I finally agreed to stay that night
we were free to do our things so we played True, Dare or Double Dare
I went home in the morning at 7am and once I got home changed clothes and sleep in again until like 10am
and then went school at 11.30am
they were all in the Library's Games Room playing Wii
so just chill with them
and afterwards packed our stuff and moved to W15K for our practice
I felt nervous but I have to do it no matter what :)
FIGHTING!!!
ended at 4pm
and went to CWP to had our late lunch at Long John Silver
yummy... I like

and guess what, after the camp I just realised that I did not take any pictures
hahahaha
well, that's about it
that was my first camp ever in RP
indeed it was a great experience :)

I have so much to talk about the camp
but unfortunately I don't feel like talking about it now because I was HACKED...

due to that I have less time to memorise my parts for A capella performance at Tampines
the people in A capella are so fun hyper bitchy...u name it!!!
I love harmonising to them a lot....
We were like singing and talking the whole time
seriously I think that this is the best camp I've ever been to
the schedule was very flexible..somehow like a free-and-easy tour
but practice still practice
we sang 'Truely, Madly, Deeply', 'That Thing You Do'
those are the songs we are performing
I'm very nervous.com because I will be singing the lead part like alone for TMD
and have to stand infront of the rest.... it does take a lot of courage to perform in public
especially some thing which I've never done before
but I have to remember to have fun at the same time :)

let's see what I've done so far on Thursday
I had Biochemistry for that day :)
if I'm not wrong, the problem wasn't too complicated

after school I had ACAPELLA ^^
I totally can't wait for class to finish man
I went with Afiqah to TRCC
she's in Year 1
she made many covers on Youtube
I known her since the day of our audition

when we arrived at the Music Studio 2, there wasn't much new people
like 4-5
then after 5.30pm people start coming in
we started about 5.37pm
as usual, we introduced ourselves and then came the briefing part like preparations and stuff

then the moment came, warm-up practices
the warm-ups are somewhat the same when I was in Band
singing also uses diaphragms
the only difference I don't blow to get music instead using my vocals
as usual there were more girls than guys
2 guys including me was in tenor
3-4 guys was in Bari Bass (super low)
the warm-ups are suppose to be boring but I like it so much because I like harmonies a lot

then we learn a song, this song is familiar though I forgot the title
the seniors helped us
I'm the only Year 2 who is new but nevermind just be a Year 1 :)
as for the tenor, we get to sing out the lyrics to the whole song while the rest do the 'HUUS & HAAS'
I love it

then the seniors also performed some songs for us
I got to learn the song 'That Thing You Do' by Monday
I'm sure it's going to fun harmonising :)
there's going to be an Acapella camp this Monday
but I don't think I would be sleeping there
so perhaps I'll get my sister to fetch me home later on
very troublesome when it comes to bathing and what more if there's a time-limit for bathing
and when sleeping also, I might snore
muahahahah...so going home would be a good idea since I live about 2 miles
lol....
I've yet to pack some things....actually I don't need to pack much things since I'm not sleeping there what...
there's going to be a 'WET ACTIVITY' literally wet
actually I wana sleep in school to at least get an experience (ghostly experience)
just kidding
and 1 more factor is my hair

it was manageable...somehow like communications module ar..

to add on to that, we played the 'OPPOSITE DAY' for third meeting
which means that we need to present the OPPOSITE
sounds impossible right??? but there's actually more advantages to it

below is what I typed in MYLOT.COM
because I'm lazy to type it again :)

I guess when you were so much younger, you might come upon a game called 'OPPOSITE DAY' whereby you will say things in an opposite manner

For instance when you want to say that 'You love her' in 'OPPOSITE DAY' you can say it as 'You hate her'. Something like that...

So as for now, I'm currently in Republic Polytechnic and it's the first polytechnic in Singapore which implemented Problem-Based Learning(PBL) for our daily work. As for that, we are given the flexibility to present in any kind of manner that we want for the final meeting. The module I had today was Laboratory Management.

The facilitator suggested the idea of 'OPPOSITE DAY'. Initially, I thought that was kind of hot to be doing that since I'm going to turn 19 later this year. I'm sure some don't like the idea of doing it as it will cause confusion.

But at the later part of the day while my team was discussing about what information to put it into our presentation slides, I found that it shows a contrast on the good and bad things since we have to think of the positive stuff first before converting it to a bad thing. In this way, we could explore both situations unlike the usual we did was to stay close to just one thing.

To try this... we need to have an Open-mind

so that's about it....

on that day also, I created my First PAYPAL account yeay :)
that means, I can go for online shopping :)

it was Anatomy & Physiology
I tried to talk as much as I can
hope it works
presentation format was different that day
we all have to present without laptops and notes
means that the laptop lids should be closed at all times during the third meeting
I was thankful that there wasn't much complicated stuff to be understood yesterday

it was a great day afterall

after school hang around the library with some of the classmates

it was chemistry today
I went out of home late and cabbed to school
when I reach the class there wasn't much people who has arrived and they mentioned that they want to skip class
haha....but in the end they didn't
I' ve never planned to skip class once I've stepped into the classroom
but I once came in for the third meeting but I said I don't want to be marked
it was the last day of school that time
and I went to school to meet up my other friends for dinner :)

today's problem was a life-saver man
it wasn't too complicated
and my faci was very particular about us opening our laptop lid when we're not supposed to

after class met up with Fatin, Shahreen & Kelly in the library
Shah wanted to get a vest from me
so we chat here and there
and then we went to the Causeway Point
I was looking for a small bottle of bleach
but couldn't find it
then we headed over to BFF Mansion (gotta watch Paris Hilton's My BFF to find out what is it)

we use it in the petri dishes
the faci is kind enough to let 2-3 person do an experiment rather than in a group so that we can experience things better

tomorrow shall be Anatomy & Psyiology

and headed down to Causeway Point to have our meal
went to Mac
after we finished our meal
we went to walk around and we saw many people going down the escalators
there were some smoke in Causeway Point
so there was a Fire I guess
many shop closes down
I bet they're losing out on the sales but I think those shops like Burger King, KFC, Long John Silver would make more profit due to the closure
but the cause of fire is unknown
and due to that, we're advised to get out of the building
and hundreds of people are stranded outside Causeway Point
saw my cousin there, saw Jeremy & Ruvyn there too
afterwards we proceeded to Civics Centre for them to look for their books
then HSH

I'm very happy that I have 3 hot people Subscribing to my Youtube Videos today :)
talking about that, I will be having an Acapella IG camp during the June Holidays
oh my I hate camps due to the overnight thingy.... I don't mind if it's day camp
cause it's going to be very inconvenience for me to straighten my hair

right now.....
I can already see my black hair roots
so have to plan to get the same hair dye again...
but I can't recall the name of my friend who asked me to dye it in blue black....

and besides that I feel that long hair goes fine with it

anyways, I don't think there's much problem in bleaching my hair

as I said, I applied hair condition daily
totally recommend using St. Ives

but other than that it's great to have awesome classmates to pass each day

for hot updates about today....

but mine is different because of the different role I played
so today we planned to celebrate Nad's and Hilda's Bday
so of course it have to be a surprise because its Birthday

I assisted Cassandra with the organising which includes going to school early even though class starts at 10am today
but nvm.... for them to be happy...why not right?

our plan was to buy pizzas for everyone to eat during lunch
so after much thoughts we made the decision to get 6 Canadian Pizzas
on Thursday if I'm right... we were all discussing openly in class about what flavour of pizzas to get for Hilda's Birthday
so during lunch break, I went out with Nadhirah and open a conversation about what kind of pizza flavour she likes
and she told me she likes this Hamburger
haha it's like so funny to me...since I've never heard of it
but today when I went online to see the menu....there's actually Beef Bacon CheeseBurger Pizza
sounds nice
and of course it is...
so I called the Canadian Pizza and ordered the hot stuff
they came later as planned
we had the surprise celebration at an unused classroom
it's some sort like a class gathering
haha

she looked different... that's why I have a hard time recognising her
and she told me that I changed 360 degrees....
reason's because I was a prefect along with her and my hair was short....damn short and black of course

Acapella IG Audition!!!

been so busy these days
and time seems to past by so fast...
now it's already thursday and Week 4 in RP is soon going to be over

OK NOW...the HOT UPDATES...
the other day, I told Raymond that I wanted to do acapella with him
and he told me to join his IG...
so I made my decision to join his IG since the dates are hot with me

I turned up for the audition today with a song by James Morrison - Broken Strings that is
the people there are very friendly and lively...
so when I got there...filled up a form....jot down my background music info, performances I did in the past...

then I was called to go into another room for the audition
the faci/auditoner was great...very patient
I was asked to sing the la la la lal la lal la la l la (going up and then go down)
followed by recognising the tone played at the piano
the faci told me that I fall under the Tenor
then
he told me to chose a music that I know best from the table
and the first thing I saw was More Than Words and I'm very familiar with that song...so I picked that up and proceed back to where I was standing

he instructed me to sing the melody while 3-4 other people harmonize to me
this is a test to make sure that I am not going to be affected by them
lucky I manage to do it
and then the next test was to try to harmonize with them while they sing the melody
haha... I couldn't harmonize...kinda too high for me...
after that he asked me to sing the song that I'll be singing...
so I sang
due to feeling nervous....my high-part was sucky...but nvm la...
they said nevermind

so now waiting for results....
I hope I can join them...
but I have to remember that if I can't go in..... I will never stop trying

Monday!!!

Earlier, PP scope was rejected and then after editing the title and making the objective shorter it was accepted. So now can proceed on with my PP.

School was great as usual
today's problem wasn't that difficult...how lucky

so we have to come back tomorrow...

On Saturday morning at about 6am+
woke up bathe in preparation for the short trip to Melaka
that morning, my dad went to pick up my grandma and then went home to fetch us followed by picking up my aunt and uncle at Woodlands MRT

we reached Pagoh in the morning around 10am+ I think
had breakfast
ate Prata since don't know what else to eat
and then continued on the journey to Melaka
as planned, we went to Seri Warisan
a week before, we booked the room to avoid disappointment since it's Mother's Day
so when we got our keys to the room
we went to find it and its at the end of the road...
it kinda gives me the creepy feeling because behind the house is forested
and I know how it looks like at night
cause I've been there last time with 3-4 families... but with just a small number of people around... I don't think it's a good idea

what more the floor is like normal...not carpeted
kinda give me that eww feeling... just like the Orange thingy I saw at my class chalet with THE HILTONS
and the key they gave was wrong because my dad actually ask for 312 and gotten 308
so he went down to change it
and then he got back up with the key
it was a Suite Room... awesome... I didn't really expect much from them since they are abit like village houses... but then they kinda prove me wrong
the interior was hot
luckily it's carpeted...

then afterwards we went to Mahkota Parade for late lunch and then shopped there
I like the malay food...
had Ulam raja...
I like veggies...
at night we got back to our hotel

next morning
had breakfast at the hotel
have to wake up early...

then checked out of the hotel
on the way we rode on this animal...
it's not a cow...I forgot what's the animal name...hehe
my second time riding there...
just another experience

and then we went to Jonker Street
the popular place in Melaka
and wow...they changed a lot
now they have river cruise
somehow...they're going to make it like Clarke Quay soon
rather than last time...so boring
and then... we had lunch
it was yummy!!!
more hot attractions coming!
then went to Mydin Mall (quite big like GIANT)
so shop shop there

after all the shopping, the car was like full with those things
then by 5pm+ we got ready for Singapore

blah blah blah.... reached home at 12pm+ after sending my grandma and aunt and uncle home
then slept late about 1.40am+
then schooling the next day

and I survived the third meeting...
sometimes I dozed off...hehe
but not today

Jun Hyung Park Were Back!!! Not the Wonder Girls

I've submitted my PP project scope on Monday morning at 1+am while everyone was sleeping
I've thought of what I'll be focusing for the PP
and did the project scope
I told myself not to delay it because I don't think I have much time already
I'll be going away to Melaka hopefully this Saturday
and thus I don't think I'll be able to fulfill my assignments by the due date
so it's now or never

at the other hand...
school was great
with those people from W54J
did my second labwork on chicken bones this time round
with the girls around...they find it gross
because it was bloody :)
but it was funny all along....
making jokes after jokes in the lab
my nose was thankfully blocked
and the chicken which was submerged in 2 different liquids (Vinegar & Bleach)
sure can make anyone puke if they really put their nose near
hahaha
so funny
I love the scent by the Latex gloves... U get to smell it when you go to the dentist

Things I have to do in school:

Wednesday:
problem was about neutralisation, balancing equation
not that hard luckily
have to be prepared for tmr....absorp those terms

2 days ago (5th May to be exact)

it's been so long since I heard of him
he's busy with school too
so don't really find him online much
he's my best online companion

so I've not been blogging about my weekdays much
so just a short one

Weekdays:
school was great...as usual
the class really bonded quite well
as for the studies wise...stressful and as always very rushy due to the short duration given to us students to do our research and stuff before the 3rd meeting

on Thurs:
chilled with Ricca, Susu, Sofie, Mai, Claire, Sab, Ain & Dee
hope I didn't miss out on anyone
after class on thursday, we had to go for our PP briefing talk
I'm still wondering what I should do for PP
I feel like doing one about the company my dad is working for
Zuellig Pharma...that is
maybe interview him

btw I'm still not sure
and time is running out...
I have to get it done before this coming weekend (Mother's Day)

Friday:
woke up and then bathe and prepare to go to the mosque with my dad
we rode the car to the Malay Settlement mosque situated near the Sembawang Park (Kampung Wak Hassan)
but it seemed that there are so many people in that mosque...
so we made our way out from that area
so many cars are coming in
so packed
we went to Assyafa'ah mosque situated near Canberra Secondary
we were early...lucky
after that HSH

later that night went to fetch my mum from work at TTSH
btw, my mum is working very closely with the Swine Flu or now known as Influenza A
i heard that it's hard for her to go out and get food because of the flu
I do hope that she will be safe from that virus
it's so scary to see my mum carrying the patient's blood suspected with that virus
my elder sis said my mum is working in Umbrella Corporation from Resident's Evil

Today (Saturday):
didn't do much thing in the early afternoon
mum & dad went to the SAF yacht club with my aunt there
and came back home with lunch before they go out for a Wedding invitation

after they got back home
all of us went out together for the first time in the new car
we went to Pierce Reservoir (Upper or Lower, I'm not sure)
my first time there
we pass through the Devil's Bend (did u rmb the accident which happened there?)
the road there is very nice in the day...somehow it takes you away from the busy city life


next stop: Demsey Hill (influenced greatly by the West)
my first time there today...again
very beautiful place



and then off to somewhere near Beach Road
went to Golden Landmark
bought some things there
and had a late dinner near the Masjid Sultan (popular for it Belly-dancing?)
and then HSH

so I accompanied dad to sign his papers
and then yeah.... I like the car alot...

dad taught me how to start the engine

some examples would be transverse (cut at the bottom), coronal (dividing the body into front and back parts) and sagittal (dividing the body into right and left halves)

so... we did it like on a banana, plasticine, lime

it was fun yes.... to be wearing labcoats
then after that bought lunch from galilee and back to class

we went there to collect the new car
dad just bought the Honda Stream

and we did some hot special request like
Cream leather seats
Subwoofer to enhance the sound quality in the car
2 In-house televisions (one in front and the other in the middle top)
Reverse Camera

I love the plate number... SJQ...sounds like an airplane
but if it's SJP...it would sound like JYP... awesome company
we got the car in Silver
and the Cream seats are what I'm in love with
plus extra comfort with additional seats
so now...no more complains of the car being squeezy for long trips

The day came soon enough!!!
Met up with Fatin at the TreeHouse Park nearby her home
and we walked to school

then met Yussof at W5 before going up to class
on the first day itself, I could see that people are bonding fast

besides there's heat protection... so I really got to have it since I've been exposed to so much heat already

I played online gaming
maybe that's the first time you ever heard me do in my life
I don't know...
I played Flight Simulator X on Gamespy
it was fun to play multiplayer with other people

this game is to learn to fly airplanes
besides that, learn how to navigate using the GPS
so I just went into a random network and just flew with the people, they taught me a lot of stuff
and especially my new friend from The Netherlands
name's Glennio
so he guided me all along
there's about like more than 5 airplanes which is going for a long-distance journey and I joined in the fun too
and of course I flew in my Boeing 747, Singapore Airlines Tropical design
the plane does exist in real-life
there's 2 of them
apparently 1 of them crash and then they took off the design for the other one
I find the plane indeed beautiful
that's the plane I've been talking about
so far, planes with nice logos and stuff is actually Singapore Airlines...
Thai International Airways also not bad
I also liked Emirates, Saudi Air and Qatar

the guy who taught me the aviation stuff I thought was about 24 years old because he sounded mature but after a long chat I found out that he's actually 17
he's very knowledgeable and helpful, he suggested that I share plane with him to see how he control the things
and 1 thing that I just knew was,
the pilot does not control the plane 100%
autopilot that is...hahah

10th April / Friday:
woke up in the afternoon
ate fried rice which my dad made
my sisters sent off my mum to work by car and they go their own ways
then since it's the public holiday, my dad is around too
so we went to Friday Prayers together...
because I was so slow, my dad said he will go off first
and so I said ok
then I went out of home, then wondering where he is cause he might be at the bus stop
so gave him a call
and he's at the carpark
so went there by car... I was thinking that we re going to take a bus
weather was so hot in the afternoon

after that, dad send me home and he goes off to my cousin's place
and life goes on...

today's plan was to go to a traffic light to get some pictures for the case
not the perfect time to go

then afterwards went to DBS to go update my particulars and get the token
off to library to return some books and then went browsing around
go to cwp cold storage and get some sushi and met up with Liza
she said I turned blonde
haha yeah...

then HSH
was so tired that I took a nap
then after that did the online registration
and now chatting

hopefully if things goes well, I'm going to do a collaboration with another Youtube user

14 Days Of Life...

Believe it or not...
school will be starting in 14 days time or should I say 2 weeks time
oh my god...
I'm kinda anticipating for that day to come, but at the same time I'm worried of the things that would be happening such as UTs

so I have to really really enjoy myself now before school reopens
lucky I won't be alone on the first day of school

5th April / Sunday:
was online while waiting for my hair to dry till about 5am
I went to have some sleep
since my hair is still wet and I want to go to sleep, I have no choice but to put this old book behind my hair while I sleep so as not to make the dye get smudged over my bedsheet

woke up I think about 7am
so I bathe and applied the conditioner which came together with the hair dye
and went out of the shower, it looks so bright

only 3 people went
me, mum and dad
my sisters are all sleeping and they are lazy to go
I went since I love car rides (I don't know why I can't get over those small things)
then off to Johor
filled up oil there and had breakfast
did some grocery shopping
and then back to Singapore
went over to my grandma's place and then chit chat
and off to Autobacs to look at some car accessories
dad bought a new steering wheel
then looked at the sports rims
then off to causeway point to John Little with mum to get pillows
we bought 4 of it and then HSH

I was so tired that I slept early
then now I'm back online

Cheaper Alternative To Bleaching!!!

on the same day I got back home from Safyc
I planned to get my hair dyed
but since my sis's friend wana bring me and my small sis for swimming
I postponed it, and since swimming pool has chlorine, it's Bleaches
and thus making your hair more lightening if you dyed it
so usually people will bleach their hair so that the effect would turn out great

and so today I planned to bleach it and then dye
went to Jurong East and it was raining heavily
and while we are at the entrance, they won't sell tickets till the weather condition gets better
time was around 4.30pm
after much thoughts we made our way back to the car and off to Yio Chu Kang
it was bright there, not really sunny though
so at least won't get really dark
so I swim swam swum

while I'm with annur at the shop
I saw this girl
look very familiar
I can't help but to squint my eyes(wasn't wearing any specs, cause of swimming)
then I asked her you looked like my friend
and ask her what sec school she's from
and she's from the same one
so since she worked there, asked for some discounts
bought a ball and kit kat
I can't remember what's her name though

after swimming HSH
helped sis clear her room
and about 2.30am
annur dyed my hair
she says the colour is nice
hopefully I get ji hoo's hair colour...or something alike
now it's 5am already
I don't think I would be able to get some sleep because I think I would be going Johor in the morning like at 7am
so I'll wash my hair when I want to take my bath

Pre-Weekend!!!

that Friday seems to be like a normal weekend
everyone was at home
my sisters aren't working nor schooling due to holiday and my small sister is sick
and mum and dad needs to see the lawyer
so all of us went with them

went to International Plaza somewhere in Raffles, near the place I used to work
the lawyer looked so pathetic
dressed in a pants and a hoodie
too cold I guess
anyway in the lift when we wana go down together with her
she was saying that we had 3 daughters inclusive of me
I'm like ... hahaha
despite that she might have some illness
must be from her work

then after that went to, Singapore Armed Forces Yacht Club (SAFYC)
it's my first time being there
on the way there, I saw an SQ landing indeed its near the ground
so awesome la, I love planes a lot though I want to be a Pharmacist

so upon reaching there
met my dad's friend who was his ex-colleague
he showed us around the place
it was beautiful
furthermore, I don't think I've ever seen a yard in my life... lol
and they also provide accomodation
the pool looks nice
they have karaoke room too
we got staff discount
$5 per hour
since 7pm+ till 10.30pm
while singing, dad's friend brought in drinks and french fries
looks small doesn't
just look at the circle brown plate and then the white plate with the fries
it's very big
and cheap $3 (I think it's equivalent to 4 macdonald's fries) no kidding
was quite full when got another plate of fries
also at the end of the day dad's friend gave us SAFYC Polo Tee, very comfortable material

then HSH

I am thankful for the day
I've got what I wanted so far in my life

but one thing for sure, dad's innocent

because I saw the whole thing happening and though I don't know the law well... it's common sense

today went to meet up with Fatin
plan was to go RP and get my labcoat
so had lunch at LJS
it was fun to catch-up with each other

then took a bus there
weather's quite hot
tried out the labcoat at Booklink and bought it

and the plan after that was to watch Boys Before Flowers final 2 episodes
went into this room somewhere beside the X-Box room
no one inside
so can SOL (Sing-Out-Loud)
and it was the time to test out the microphone I've just bought
I felt that it works better than the previous one because when I say "S", it does not have a crackle sound when being heard

since the library's closing at 5.30, we shifted to the sitting area near the Anatomy Museum
till the drama finishes at about 8pm
and then we went off

and today, my sis and her friend has just got back from Phuket
on the day they went, each of them carry 1 Hoversack bag
and when they got home, they brought another 1 Hoversack bag each
they went there to shop
bought like keychains, 10 female singles, 10 boardshots, just too many
can't wait to see the pics

Boys Before Flowers - thank god things went well and everyone's happy... haiz... my contract with you has just ended... WHAT'S NEXT???

20 More Day Before School Reopens!!!

schools going to restart soon
oh my, I'm so enjoying my holidays right now
since the start...never got bored of it though

Saturday:
stayed at home and went out that night with the whole family to fetch mum from work
and then send off my sister and her friend to chalet
after sending them off we had dinner at Al-Ameen
again we ate their Family Package @ $20
price there is so reasonable
and I was full after that

Sunday:
Elder sister and her friend would be off to Phuket
so her room would be vacant till she gets back on Thursday I think
and as for that, my small sister and I have to take care of their cutie cutie Hamsters named Avril(Av in short) & Sephia (Seph in short)
I dare not touch Av because she bites
hahhaha
so in short I dont like to touch animals after recalling an incident whereby my small sister got bitten at her finger by a rabbit and it bleeds

got a news from my father about one of his worker
I felt touched and it's so like drama
and it happen in real-life

my father's worker was browsing through the psp I gave my father
because my father showed her our pictures when we went to Cameron Highlands recently
the psp now is like my father's companion....everywhere he goes he ll bring it along with the detachable usb camera

so she browsed through the pictures
guess what she saw
she saw her father's picture
she was sure that's her father she's been searching all this while since she was 11 I think

her colleagues have been helping her out in searching for her father
and indeed her relations with my father is close yet they've just found out today
good luck~

another great news is that An-nur passed her traffic police test
Congrats to her
and because of that
dad bought seafood home to celebrate the event

funny thing's that, I did not cut the coupon from the plastic bag
so I actually brought the bag along
hahaha
so had a chat
then we went to walk around while waiting for the pizza to be ready

went to John Little
they have the hoodies alike mine
green and brown
i like the white and blue so I tried it on
then there's a super duper hot promotion on their shirt
so shopping lor since I got allowance for running errands
yeay!

so afterwards followed emma to get a key and a chain
to give it to her friend as a gift

then afterwards, we went on separate ways
I took the train to Admiralty and bought 2 Nasi Briyani with Fried Chicken
the serving size for the Nasi Briyani is quite a generous portion that 3 person can share it

then went to the market to buy onions and bumped into Blondie and her mum
haha
she was surprised to see me
she too was surprised to see my hair dyed
I thought she knew about it

so went to go see see car at showrooms
the salesman is very experienced and friendly + he looks like someone I know
besides looking around
we test-drived on the car
what I like about the car is their hot handbrake
I've not seen a handbrake in a car as of that to the one in the airplane
hot huh?

anyways visiting that place is like a museum to me
I learned about their history

then went home and eat fish sticks something like nuggets

I wana sleep now....its like 5.58am Korean time which makes it 4.48am Singapore time

so the whole family went to Malaysia on Thursday Midnight/Friday Morning -
Date: 20th March 2009 to 22nd March 2009
Time: 0000 hours
Destination: Perak - Cameron Highlands - Kuala Lumpur!!!

started off at midnight (my dad likes to go out at midnight because driving at night is better since there is lesser traffic and by the time we reached the destination we wanted to go it will be in the morning already :) )
though, driving at night can be dangerous we do stop at R&R for some rest (for my dad only because he's awake while driving & for the rest of us, we're probably be sleeping in the car)

passed the customs at Johor at 1am
then hit the highway
I think we reached Melaka's R&R around 4am (R&R is 'Rest & Rehat' in malay - it's for people whom are driving on the highway to take some rest before carrying on with their journey)

then continued all the way to Perak
and by the way, Perak is quite clean (serious)
we went to this car shop to fix the air flap at my father's window
then after that
off to Lata Iskandar
my oh my
the water is damn refreshing
so cold



this place does not seem to be hot in the morning
its cooling
what more after a rain
its at a mountainous area so we have to go through windy roads and my small sister puked

NEXT STOP: KELLIE'S CASTLE (it's a real castle just like in fairy tales)

Sick & Tired...

yea...title says it all
today someone helped me arrange an appointment with an engineer due to the hot laptop
what they did last time was to change the Harddrive
and I wasn't told of what they are going to do with my laptop today
and eventually the same guy came with a new fan
so he did explained the problem
but I seriously think that it would be of a great help
lucky my dad was around too
more understanding of the issue

the engineer suggested that I either trade-in this laptop or just get a new one
in any case....make this like a home laptop while I use another one
was thinking of Lenovo Thinkpad - looks tough
have to work for it
let's see how it goes

besides that, this laptop is almost new internally
with a new motherboard replaced in late January 2009
new harddrive replaced in early February 2009 and
new fan replaced in mid March 2009

Bore Me...

so far... I m spending lesser time on my laptop
I think that's good because I get to do more real-life interaction than virtual
so these days I've been online about after 7pm to breaking of dawn instead of the usual after 4pm
thus saving electricitiy...

talking about Earth Day, it reminds me of the time whereby my cousin was having a sleepover at my place and in the middle of the night
there was this sound as if the power generator just shut off totally
and then....it was total darkness
it hit a few blocks

so I went down and I looked out of the door
I was so terrified
the feeling was like as if I'm in 'Resident Evil' or those freaking scary movies
it was very dark because the lights on the corridor wasn't working either
so u imagine it...
at least at this hour, if I were to look out of the window...I'm able to see the lights coming from other people's home

anyways, 1 more month before school reopens
my oh my, I'm so enjoying my holidays right now
but I also miss school
reminds me of the good food there
Nasi Lemak and of course Sandwich Bar
talking about Sandwich Bar....Liza booked me on the first day to go eat with her
hopefully time allows because there is a change in the break time
hmmm...I'm so not in the favour of the new timing
little time to do things
and some more I eat very slow
hhahaha
gotta catch up

besides that, just now did a dry-run in prep of the coming trip
we've decided to put down all the seats in the rear and we would just sit there with our legs crossed

not much plans tomorrow
staying at home
another delivery and then someone helped me schedule with an engineer

Monday Seems Like Tuesday...

I keep thinking that today is Tuesday....but not...it's Monday for goodness sake
whatever

woke up in the late morning to bath
since the plan was to meet Hanim, Khai, Yussof, Faris and Yaqzan to go over Fee's place
brought along my small sis since my mum wants to bring her shopping later on after work....no choice

we went over at 2.30+pm
and since we met the gang, we had lunch at Banquet
I ate Kway Teow

then at Fee's home...she served fries, epok-epok
didn't eat much since I'm full after that lunch...

so after chatting here and there
we took our leave and give her our warm wishes

afterwards went to Causeway point to meet my mum
plan was to go Popular to get my sis things
so as usual, we'll stop from one place to one place before getting to the intended destination
went to john little...got a black shirt since I can't fit well into t shirts
I really like the size that I got and the texture of it
it feels kinda like slim-fit not that baggy
so if next time, I'll buy that brand

its just a plain black with no design...
so far I think most of the shirts I got from different designers are of great quality
and I felt that shirts are much more cheaper than t shirts
haven't tried crocodile yet

then next was this shop...alike 77th street
looked at the necklace...hope to find something as the one I'm searching for in malaysia
bought skeleton keychain for sis...suits her
then to Popular to get the things
then to HT....saw my ex-colleague.. and happened that someone wants something from there
so I asked her...mind giving me 50% discount...and there I have it :)

Holiday Soon!!!

so this friday and as usual at midnight(muahaha)
I'll be out of Singapore for Malaysia

so just now my small sister made a reservation at my hotel
Shah's Village Hotel
been there quite a number of times, quite peaceful and they have a pool
and good thing is that, not much people use the pool...so we can have it to ourself

anyways the plan is to go there by car
and for accommodation we just stay at the hotel
and transportation the lrt since its convenient....
but we'll see what happens in the end

and so back to today
woke up early
and then slept back
watched Twilight online again last night and ordered Mac
and then blogged till 5am

so today have to be at home with my sis since my parents was out 2 wedding invitations
one wedding invitation is actually from this Grandma
last time when I was young I still remember that I played with water at a pet shop opposite her shop
so funny....

and then parents got home in the evening
and they went to Power 9 to get somekind of a friendship band to put on their legs
hahahhaha....super funny to me
but who cares....hope they are happy

I don't know what's up with me these days that I m not online often

I've Tried Every Remedy And Nothing Seems To Work For Me

haha...that's part of the lyrics to the song 'Damaged' by Danity Kane
reason I put up that title is because, I'm recovering from a sore throat (hopefully)

on Thursday when I woke up I felt some aches on my body
and I know that this is part of the symptoms before you get a fever or whatever
I think it might be due to the unfavourable weather conditions too since I opened the window last night and I think it was raining in the morning
so I think I got a cold or something

as a Pharmacist to be, I quickly went down to the refrigerator to look for medicine
I think the medicine that's suitable would be Paracetamol or otherwise known by its brand name 'Panadol'
I felt better after that
besides that I felt that I was having a sorethroat too, sorethroat is such a pain

so that night when I was singing this particular line repeatedly, my voice became coarse
and that's the time when I really need a break
to me I sing every now and then and because I'm used to that routine, I don't have a course voice suddenly unless I'm sick
~I know who I am~

just to see if there's any other remedies to treat sorethroat, I searched online and tried the 'Hot Saltwater Gargling'
but its still the same

Friday:
woke up and still feeling a bit sick but able to do my normal things
so popped another Panadol
felt better
but the pain in the throat is still there
so I tried gargling the hot saltwater again
only in the late afternoon it felt better
but I still have to carry on with my life no matter what happens

that afternoon, I went down to the shop to buy instant ramen because the korean drama I've been watching is tempting me to have some
the way they eat it looks delicious
haha...so I managed to get it

Hair Handling Tips!!!

so like finally, I have a long hair
it wasn't planned initially
but since I'm no longer in my secondary days, why not right?

taking care of short hair is quite easy
you don't have to apply shampoo frequently and conditioner is optional

now, with a longer hair
I apply Shampoo (I'm using Pantene because hair does not get tangled/sticks to each other)
and I think their pH value low (can't remember that well) every odd days
like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
and I apply Hair Conditioner on a daily basis so it doesn't get damaged easily or look dry
currently using the St. Ives - can be found in John Little, Robinsons
last time I used the Apricot flavour since that is meant for normal hair (strengthening conditioner) but now I'm using the Aloe Vera - meant for dyed hair (i think to prevent the colour from running)
as for my case, it's better to apply conditioner daily since most of the time, I apply heat to it and guess what, the scent can last a whole day!!!

Tuesday:
went out to buy Nasi Briyani
then ate it at home

at last I got my vests,
the other time I went to Marina, it was a little thicker and basically meant for Winter time and the price isn't that reasonable
when I went to Bugis recently, they don't have the one I'm looking for since they are long-sleeved or either connected to a T-Shirt

Sound Editing

recently, I've been learning how to use Editing Software
and there's a lot that I did not know about the real world
besides that, I can make effects like T-Pain and I think they are just awesome...
so far, I've found what I've been looking for - the harmony making software
I was wondering how people make harmonies so easily and now I knew how to do it
a lot of this was found in Youtube

Saturday:
went to Pelangi Restaurant (Rainbow Restaurant) since my uncle wants to treat all of us
weather was great, it was slightly raining
I ate quite a lot of things there like Garlic Steaks, Black Pepper Steak, Prawns, Chap Choi, Chicken
but still cannot get fat....
anyone got useful yet safest idea to be fat....
hmm....well others might want to slim down, while me getting fatter
besides that, helped my sisters to do a cover of 'Cinta Yang Sempurna' by Kangen (Indonesian Band)
till 5+am
if you're doing a recording, it's better to do it while everyone is sleeping so there is lesser noise...
just like those band who will go to the cemetery to practice their music (serious)

Sunday:
went for my last tuition
did spelling correction and followed by Maths
and lastly Revision Test
tried to do less things since it's the last day

Monday:
spent time doing a cover of 'Gee' by Girl's Generation otherwise known as SNSD
WHEEEEE!!!!!!
took hours for me

Tuesday:
managed to publish it on youtube in the early morning
did it for fun
wonder what's next

if things goes well, I'll get a new laptop

Home-Made Potato Chips!!!

today I made some Home-Made Potato Chips
it's nice and cheap...you should try it....
well I used only 1 big and 1 small potato to do it
let me share with you how it's done....do leave me a tag if you're planning to do it or you've done it...

1) Get some Potatoes...depending on how much you want to eat
2) Peel off the skin and cut away any black things if there is
3) Soak it in water to remove dirt and stuff
4) Cut the Potato into halves
5) Slice it... you might want to slice it very thin or a bit thicker (if you re to slice it thin it will be crispy but if you leave it out too long, it'll get hard...so basically thin is best to be eaten after it's fried otherwise make it thicker)
6) Put it in a bowl and add some Salt to give it some taste
7) Lastly, Fry it.... remember, don't fry all at once, add in one at a time - so that it wont stick to one another

Well, that's it I guess....very simple yet cheap alternative
then you can serve with your BBQ sauce or whatever you like...

basically that's what I've done today
in the morning, couldn't really get some sleep cause was woken up by phone calls
but that's alright

Now I'm tempted to change my blog song to Gee by Girl's Generation....
you should listen to the song....super duper HOT!!!

Seoul Garden Again!!!

Wednesday:
stayed up till 4am
and I'm glad to find out that I was given the position of 'Manager of TNG Coms Virtual Shop'
the name of the shop has yet to be finalised
besides that I've introduced a new staff - young and intelligent lady
if things are right, she can be my PA ^^

woke up at 10.40am
got myself ready and then went out from home at about 11.45+am
was supposed to be there by 12pm at City Hall
I took my time because I know that all have to be in Seoul Garden by 1pm
ended up 14 people turned up
we had 4 tables....
if I have the time I will update the pics here :)

we celebrated David's and Panda's birthday at the same time
the staff there are very cooperative
they even prepared dry-ice for the event
anyways, it's my first time to see dry ice in front of me....usually on media
lol...so many first time

afterwards was bowling
did strike somewhere in the game
and then watch them play pool....
played arcade....tap here and there

then took the train home with David
we bounced back
and here it goes:

MY EMBARRASSING MOMENTS:
there were 5/5 seats which was occupied - from left to right (stranger, David, Me, Couple)
when the train stopped at a station....commuters went into the train
there was this guy who was dressed smartly and just slightly built than an average person
what he did was, he went to sit in BETWEEN me and the girl beside me.....

at first, I was thinking to myself, I did not know that there is an extra seat beside me...
(as u can see, the couple to my right was hugging each other so when this happens they lean more to the right side and it might seem that there is some space)
so due to that I made way for him to seat beside me...
it was then i realised that he was squeezing into the space
I was so embarrassed by that.....because there are other people infront of me who saw it too....
so I started to laugh
it was strange that the guy did not notice it

it made me wonder, does he not feel the pain sitting in the middle of the seat or is he just embarrassed too that he can't stand up or maybe he's just tired and need a seat....

omg la...I swear I was so embarrassed because he was just right to me...you know like how a friend and a friend would sit next to each other to snap a picture

also, I managed to steal glances to the couple which was supposedly be beside me....
hahahaha...its just so funny....

P/S: it is so adorable that someone think of me as an Idol, thank you

Tuesday:
woke up...it was raining while I'm sleeping...
it felt so nice....
I love the weather so much....this kind of weather would be great to be wearing your winter clothes

then Shah came over...
plan was to do recording
ended up doing a cover of Mariah Carey Feat Phil Collins - Against All Odds
took quite a long time
and yeah it was done finally...
it's my first time singing that song though



besides that...
I'm halfway done with the song made by Kim Na Mok
a korean friend of mine
I like the background
so I made a short lyrics and sang it and editted my voice
if anyone out there wants to help me with lyrics please help :)

well....going to Seoul Garden again
like tomorrow

Start Of A New Month!!! 3 Days Ago

Monday:
woke up late
it was raining if I'm not wrong
so that would also be the reason why I woke up late too
after that helped out to slice fishcakes, onions, garlic and green chili
after that off I went to online
same thing...chatting
till 4am....
I was looking for some music softwares online....hoping to find the right one

Great Weekend!!!

Saturday:
woke up and was told that we re going malaysia once my father comes back
so got ready
around 5+pm went off
first went to Angsana....
look around
and then
theres this 'Happy Hour Sale' going on....
it was great....
this 'Happy Hour Sale' only takes place for a period of time...i think like 20 mins or so
so i got 2 pillows and a bed sheet/quilt.....'Retro' style...looks nice
I still haven't change it since someone now is on my bed....
haha

so after that
went to LC catering
eat family meal....it was nice
they serve each person rice, cucumber and 'sambal belachan' on our plates
I think that 'sambal belachan' caused me a lot of inconvenience today(Sunday)

then after that...went to 'Pasar Borong'...
bought DVDs...
I hope I have time to watch them :)

then went home...
came back at 2am

Sunday:
supposingly to finish my job contract today...
but have to postpone it...twice already
I hope next week I'm going to be free
besides that
today was the day that me and hanim is going to celebrate Khaifezah's 19th Birthday

Trivia:
1) Khaifezah had only one friend by the name of Sharmine whom she had her friendship for more than 10 years till today

Hanim and I had long planned this surprise birthday
and it was a success
Khai did not expect me to be there and I turned up out of a sudden
haha

so we had Original Cheese Cream Cake for the Birthday Girl
it was delicious....I'd like to buy it again...
after that walked around Marina Square and then to Bugis Village
and did some shopping....bags to cardigans...

and then it was HSH...
and I just did my bed....
have a great week

P/S: hopefully going to Terengganu during the school holidays....I told you I love rides...

Do You Have A First Aid Kit Handy?

Thursday:
woke up early
went to Northpoint @ Yishun
I had quite a time there finding the ATM machine
went from sides to sides
and then went to level 3 to the Customer Service to ask for directions
it was at B2...hmm...dont think the Customer Service should even be at level 3...maybe due to the renovation going on

so errand done....went home to wait for the technician
it was the same technician again
after the change of the harddrive...it's still hot...even he said so....
lol.....
forget it first....

so the next day....
I met up with Hanim to Republic Poly...my campus
being the third time shes going there....before that...did not really explore the school
so I brought her on a tour
First Up was the South Agora of course....where majority of the student population will pass before heading in different directions to their respective classes
then to the library
it's quiet since it's the vacation
so went IT-Helpdesk
the engineer really helped me a lot
this time round....
the Plastic Surgery is right....
I repeated my instructions to him because my laptop wont work if he miss a step....
but he was great and helpful....
during the wait...
went to W4....
had the $2 Nasi Lemak
and also Strawberry Milkshake....
the milkshake was great too

since I'm there...I called my sis to come down to my campus for lunch since she and her friend kept wanting to go there for their lunch breaks
then after that, showed hanim Cafe Galilee...
we sat there and watched Twilight
hanim liked the school library and perhaps she might be studying here with her friends i think
then my sis came
and went over to Cafe Esplanade
so I guess when my year 2 starts....be having them for company during lunch breaks

then it was the collection of laptop
everything works fine...at last
besides the problem I've been constantly having with this laptop...I'm happy that there's alot I learnt during this experience
one of them is to be 'Independent'
'There's a blessing in disguise'

afterwards went to CWP
ate dinner
and then walked around buy something
and bus-ed home together

New Harddisk For My Com!

Because it's been almost a year my Harddisk have been serving for me
guess it's time for a change...
well...so far, I've gotten a new motherboard early this month
now a harddisk
made a call to my agent this afternoon
and then the service centre called me for an arrangement tomorrow
I was alright with it....hope things gets done soon
so I can go back to school on Friday to reformat my com
perhaps will be bringing Hanim too...she seems excited to go there

so tomorrow going out probably in the afternoon to run errands
and get home before the technician comes over

btw BBF was great.....
Mom was getting bitchier...
going to watch the latest one after this
you should watch too even though it's fiction because the storyline is flowing

Results Are Out!

Monday:
I got back my results...
woke up 9.30+am just to check it
was kinda scared too since this semester seems much more tougher than the previous one
and so I gotten back my results...
I should be thankful that the GPA is what I needed
and I really hope that I will get into the Advanced Diploma In Pharmacy Practice
it would mean a lot to me when I go out to work and stuffs...

Tuesday:
didnt go out... but went out at night to pasar malam
bought the Keropok Lekor and Burger Ramlee
was nice...love it
and then Mum came home with Vadai...hahah
Delisiozo...

hmm...besides that
I dont think I've recovered from my sickness
argh..this is so sian because it's just too time-consuming
had it since amidst of sec 5
affected my studies alot...esp E.maths...I know myself that I can do much better without that sickness...
I'm not going to the doctor and I think I'll do my own PBL to help myself

I hope to be getting callous in about a weeks time from playing the guitar
learning the chords
so far, I m familiar with C chord, D chord, G chord, D minor
but not really good with changing of chords

familiar tune

besides that, since I'm online
I did some networking

well it's friday today
and tomorrow is saturday
might be going to malaysia tomorrow

I was shocked when it flew above me....
so what I did was, I standy a cloth and when it was at the wall
I whack it like how people were to use a towel/cloth to whack people's butt
now I wonder where it went to

No Idea For The Title

since I went out the whole day yesterday
and I stayed up late till 4am
I ended up waking late today...

mum and dad went away to my aunt's house in preparation for my cousin's wedding
I was so busy today...so many things to do
I've still yet to watch my Korean dramas

yesterday, over at ZN's house...
fatin and I showed Ratna and Fee how Korean speak english
they speak like "Yo" language.....and it crack us up
but it sounds nice to me though

ate Laksa goreng and Fried Chicken today
I guess it's about time I worry about my mass I think
Sharmine currently weighs 40kg
no matter how much I eat, it's like the constant....
should i try some fattening powder
hahahah......
but at the other hand....I don't think I have to worry much since it's not in my genes :)
